How EuroWork AI Works

Everything you need to know — from creating your profile to landing your first European job offer.

1 Getting Started

EuroWork AI helps Bangladeshi workers find and apply for jobs in Europe — using AI to write your CV, draft cover letters, and auto-apply to matching listings while you sleep.

  1. 1 Create an account at register using your email or phone.
  2. 2 Complete your profile at /profile — name, phone, skills, experience, and upload your current CV (PDF).
  3. 3 Build an AI-optimized CV in the CV Builder. Our AI rewrites your raw notes into a professional resume.
  4. 4 Browse jobs or enable Auto-Apply to let AI apply for you automatically.
  5. 5 Track progress from your dashboard and wait for employers to respond.

Also read the Emigration Guidelines before applying — required documents, BMET registration, and fraud warnings.

2 Your Profile

Your profile is the foundation — jobs can't be applied for until it's complete.

Required fields

  • Full name, phone number, nationality
  • Current job title and years of experience
  • Skills (comma-separated: Welding, Plumbing, Construction)
  • Work experience (describe previous jobs)
  • Education (SSC, HSC, diploma, etc.)
  • Certifications (optional but recommended)
  • CV upload (PDF, max 2MB)

Tip: Be specific about skills. "Electrical work" is weaker than "3-phase industrial wiring, panel installation, PLC basics". Auto-apply uses these keywords to match jobs.

3 AI CV Builder

The AI CV Builder at /cv turns your raw notes into a polished European-style resume and generates a PDF.

How it works

  1. 1. Click Create new CV.
  2. 2. Fill in basic info (name, contact) and professional details (job title, years, skills).
  3. 3. Paste anything extra into the AI Raw Input box — even Bangla. The AI reads it all.
  4. 4. Submit. The AI runs in the background (usually 10-30 seconds).
  5. 5. Refresh the page → your CV is ready with a Download PDF button.

Multiple CV profiles

You can create several tailored CVs — one for Germany welding jobs, another for UK hospitality, etc. Set a default CV for auto-apply.

Regenerate

Not happy with the result? Click Regenerate on a CV profile — the AI produces a new version with the same inputs.

4 Cover Letters

Generate a personalized cover letter for any job in seconds at /cover-letters.

Two ways to create one

  • A. From a job listing — open any job, click Generate cover letter. AI uses the job description + your profile to write a targeted letter.
  • B. Manual — on /cover-letters/create, type the job title, company, country. Pick which CV profile to use as the base.

Every letter is saved — copy it to paste into external application forms, or delete when no longer needed.

5 Auto-Apply

The flagship AI feature. Enable it once at /auto-apply and our system applies to matching jobs on your behalf every 2 hours.

Requirements

  • Complete profile (name, phone, skills, experience, education, CV)
  • At least one default CV in the AI CV Builder
  • Auto-apply toggle set to Active

What you control

  • Daily apply limit — 1 to 50 applications per day (default 20). Never burn out your quota.
  • Target countries — comma-separated list, e.g. Germany, Poland, Romania. Blank = all Europe.
  • Preferred job titles — e.g. Welder, Construction Worker, Driver. Narrows down matches.

What happens behind the scenes

  1. 1. System finds new jobs matching your filters.
  2. 2. For each job, AI calculates a match score and drafts a custom cover letter.
  3. 3. Application is filed. If the job has an external apply URL, we queue an email to the employer.
  4. 4. Every attempt is logged — check Activity on the auto-apply page.
  5. 5. You stop at your daily limit and resume the next day.
Use responsibly Auto-apply is a powerful tool, not a shortcut to bad matches. Review your activity log weekly and pause if you're getting rejected — it usually means your profile needs sharpening.

6 Job Alerts

Get a digest of new jobs in your inbox. Set it up at /job-alerts.

  • Keywords — words that must appear in the job title (e.g. welder, plumber).
  • Countries — restrict to specific European countries.
  • Visa-only — show only jobs that sponsor a work visa (strongly recommended).
  • Frequency — Daily (sent 8am) or Weekly (Mondays).
  • Toggle — pause alerts anytime without losing your settings.

7 My Applications

Every application — whether you sent it manually or auto-apply did — is tracked at /my-applications.

Status meanings

Pending

Sent, awaiting employer response.

Reviewed

Employer has seen your application.

Accepted

You got the job! Check your email for next steps.

You'll receive an email whenever your status changes.

8 Dashboard

Your dashboard is mission control:

  • Status breakdown — how many pending/reviewed/accepted/rejected.
  • Country breakdown — where you're applying most.
  • Recent activity — latest 10 auto-apply attempts.
  • Quick actions — jump to CV builder, cover letters, auto-apply.

9 Admin Guide

For administrators at /admin.

Admin pages

  • /admin — overview, post jobs, manage categories, toggle listings.
  • /admin/applications — all user applications, update status (triggers email).
  • /admin/applicants — registered users with Euro profiles.
  • /admin/analytics — 30-day trends, country breakdown, auto-apply stats, scrape logs.

Posting a job

  1. 1. Go to /admin.
  2. 2. Select category, fill title/description/company/country/deadline.
  3. 3. Set job type (full-time, part-time, seasonal, contract).
  4. 4. Tick Visa sponsored and Accommodation provided if applicable.
  5. 5. Optional: external apply URL for auto-apply email routing.
  6. 6. Submit. Job is immediately active and indexed.

Refreshing the scraper

The scraper runs automatically every 6 hours (pulls from RapidAPI JSearch + EURES). To trigger manually, click Refresh Jobs on the admin index.

Track each scrape run in /admin/analytics under Scrape History — number of jobs found, new, updated, and any errors.

10 Troubleshooting

CV is still generating after 5 minutes
The queue worker may be down. Contact support. Your raw inputs are saved — you can regenerate at any time without re-entering data.
Auto-apply toggle says "Complete your profile first"
Go to /profile and make sure every field is filled AND you have uploaded a CV file. Just creating a CV profile in the AI builder is not enough — the profile upload is separate.
My PDF is empty or contains boxes instead of characters
The AI may have included characters not in the PDF font. Click Regenerate on the CV profile — our default DejaVu Sans supports most languages including Bangla.
I applied to a job but it says "Pending" forever
Most European employers take 2-4 weeks to respond. If 30 days have passed, try applying to similar jobs. You can see the employer's external apply URL on the job page if one exists.
I enabled auto-apply but nothing is happening
Auto-apply runs every 2 hours. Check /auto-apply → Activity log. If it shows zero attempts, verify your target countries and preferred job titles aren't so narrow that no jobs match. Blank = all jobs considered.
I want to delete my account
Go to your main Khansland profile settings — not Euro-specific. Deleting your Khansland account removes all Euro data including applications.

11 Frequently Asked Questions

Is EuroWork AI free?
Yes — creating an account, using the AI CV builder, cover letter generator, auto-apply, and job alerts are all free. We may introduce premium tiers in the future.
How many jobs can I auto-apply to per day?
Between 1 and 50, configurable by you. Default is 20. Going higher increases rejection risk because quality matters more than quantity in Europe.
Does auto-apply actually send applications?
Yes. For jobs with an external apply URL, we queue an email to the employer with your CV + AI-generated cover letter. For internal listings, we file the application directly in our system and notify the recruiter.
How does AI write my CV?
We use Anthropic's Claude model. You provide the raw facts (experience, skills, education) and it rewrites them in professional European CV style. You can regenerate if you don't like the output.
Can I use a non-AI-generated CV?
Yes. Upload any PDF CV on your profile page — that's what gets sent to employers. The AI CV Builder is optional but recommended; AI-optimized CVs tend to get more responses.
What countries does EuroWork cover?
Primarily EU27 + UK + Switzerland + Norway + Iceland. Focus is on countries with active migrant worker programs: Germany, Poland, Romania, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Do I need a visa before applying?
No — many listed jobs offer visa sponsorship. Filter by "Visa-sponsored" to see only those. Never travel on a tourist visa to work; this is illegal.
What if an employer asks for money?
Never pay upfront fees. Legitimate European employers do not charge application fees. Report suspicious offers via the contact form — see the Emigration Guidelines for fraud warnings.
How do I change my email preferences?
Manage job-alert emails at /job-alerts. Application status emails cannot be disabled — they're essential notifications.
Can I export my application history?
Not directly yet. Contact support and we'll email you a CSV export of all your applications.
Is my data shared with other platforms?
Your profile + applications stay within Euro. Your login (SSO) works across all Khansland platforms but each platform keeps separate data.
What languages does the AI support?
Claude understands English + Bangla + most European languages. You can write raw input in Bangla and the AI will produce an English CV.
