Tasks

Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of vehicle power and battery management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and scripts for vehicle power network and battery management subsystems, ensuring thorough evaluation of performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and project managers, to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to power management and battery systems.
Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on findings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in power and battery management technologies, integrating new approaches and methodologies into validation processes to maintain cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in vehicle validation, particularly in power network management and battery management systems.
Strong proficiency in embedded software development and functional safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal; German language skills are a plus.
