Senior Manager Influencer Marketing

Tasks

You independently manage large scale and high complexity social media campaigns for our clients, develop creative ideas and bring them to life
You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
You identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions and improve productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams
You analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making
You consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse’s business forward
You take accountability for performance, lead your own team and support its continued development while shaping the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department

Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in the social media field including a minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing
You have strong analytical and strategic decision making skills and enjoy working with numbers
You love both project management and emotional storytelling
You are a true team player with a strong hands on mentality
You approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team
You are fluent in German and English
