Indie Campers is the leading campervan marketplace, on a mission to make road trips accessible to everyone. With a fully digital booking experience and a customer-first approach, we've hosted 300,000+ travellers from 170+ countries and delivered over 1M+ nights on the road.
We offer short-term RV rentals, long-term subscriptions, and the option to buy one of our campervans. We're a fast-growing, tech-driven company looking for top talent to help build the future of road travel.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You'll ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent execution of SOPs, while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional Director.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?


Lead and coach Depot Leaders across multiple locations


Drive operational performance and customer satisfaction


Ensure SOP compliance and service consistency


Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions


Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control


Collaborate closely with Central Ops, Finance, and HR


Travel frequently (up to 50%) to support depot teams


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

7–10 years of experience in hands-on operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality)
3–5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depots
Proven ability to manage depot financials, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationships
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (and local language if applicable)
A valid driver's license and willingness to drive campervans
A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage teams in dynamic environments
Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
Interest in our product and willingness to learn the technical details of campervans

Bonus points for:


Fleet management or vehicle maintenance experience


Process improvement + digital tools knowledge


Training, workforce planning, or team development experience
