Tasks
Your Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs for our medical software solutions
Taking ownership of the backend architecture and driving the evolution of robust, high-performance systems
Building and optimizing secure RESTful APIs (HTTP/OpenAPI) and implementing authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)
Designing and managing efficient data models using relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Implementing containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments
Monitoring and improving system performance using modern observability tools (logging, tracing, monitoring)
Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines, build tooling, and testing infrastructure
Driving code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices across the codebase
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as frontend, hardware, and regulatory
Contributing to technology decisions and the long-term architectural vision of our backend systems

Requirements
Your Profile

Extensive professional experience in backend software development
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language
Fluency in English for effective professional communication.
Strong experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Experience in or interest in containerization and orchestration technologies
Experience in designing and building secure HTTP APIs
Solid understanding of authentication and authorization standards
Collaborative mindset to work across hardware and software boundaries
High level of technical ownership and commitment to high-quality code
Analytical approach to solving complex architectural challenges
Experience in the development of medical devices/medcial software is a plus
