Job Description

Welcome to Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany
Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany unites Omnicom’s leading digital and performance brands under one roof. With approximately 700 employees and as one of Germany's largest digital agencies, we deliver integrated solutions for our clients that are simple, efficient, and future-proof.
Alongside TLGG, the agency brands of Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany include Credera, Critical Mass, Interone, MRM, RAPP and TRACK. Together, we combine creative excellence, data-driven experience design, and cutting-edge technology to transform ideas into impactful initiatives with measurable results.
Your role:
You're someone who gets things done. You move projects forward. You deliver results. Most importantly, you ensure that major brands can realize their vision. At team x, you'll manage a leading automotive client and influence how the future of mobility is communicated. Your ability to see the bigger picture ensures that everyone involved - including clients and the team - understands what needs to be done and does their best work. If you're excited to drive impactful projects in a dynamic environment, we're looking for Account Director (f/m/d) with a two-year fixed-term contract.
Don’t hesitate to apply - even if you don’t meet every single requirement. We value practical experience and skills more than formal qualifications.

Strategically grow and manage our key client relationships to ensure long-term partnership success
Work with clients as an equal partner, from brand positioning and social media strategy to execution
Take ownership of project planning, timelines, budgets and resource allocation from start to finish
Lead and develop your team to foster growth and collaboration

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in online project and stakeholder management, ideally in agencies or marketing departments
Strong understanding of brand strategy, communications planning, and cross-channel campaigns, with particular expertise in social media
An automotive background or a genuine passion for cars - you know the brands, models, and trends and feel at home in the automotive world
Genuine interest in digital topics and clients and an understanding of target audiences
Project management experience (team coordination, resource planning, and working with project management tools)
Empathetic advisor with clarity, decisiveness, and proven team leadership skills
A confident presence, decisiveness, and a natural feel for team dynamics
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Benefits

Hybrid working and flexible working hours
30 days of paid vacation per year, plus up to four weeks of working remotely within the EU
Collaboration within an international agency network offering diverse perspectives and growth opportunities
A structured feedback culture with a shared feedback tool and regular development conversations
Regular team activities, such as office breakfasts, team lunches and a summer event
Employer-supported pension plan & bike leasing
A dedicated Employee Assistance Programme offering personal and professional support

We look forward to receiving your application!
